Dr. Anderson earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Cytology (cell biology) from Loma Linda University. After graduating, he was accepted into his alma mater’s dental school, where he received recognition of excellence in oral surgery and student research.

What forms of payment are accepted?

All forms of credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

When can I start using my membership?

Your membership is effective immediately!

How do I schedule my preventive care?

Simply call our office and set up an appointment for yourself or your family members.!

How can I use my Member Exclusive discount for restorative, elective or cosmetic treatment?

Simply schedule an appointment with our office and be sure to tell us you’re a member. When you arrive, we’ll make sure your membership is “current” and you will be eligible for instant savings off our regular fees.

How do I know if I need Perio membership?

If you’re a current patient, please contact us to confirm you’re on Perio Maintenance. If you are a new patient, we will make a recommendation after your initial exam.

What happens if I miss an appointment?

It will be your responsibility to reschedule. Please see our office policy regarding no-shows and last minute cancellations.

Can I add members to my account?

Absolutely! Your entire family can join.

Can I transfer my membership to another dentist?

Your club membership is solely with our office and as such is non-transferrable. If you move to another area, you may cancel your membership at any time.

How can I check on the status of my account?

Login to your Member Portal and look under Account Members. You’ll see the status of each member above his/her name.

Can I change or update my billing information?

Yes! Simply login to your Member Portal and click “Edit Your Payment Method”.

How do I cancel my membership?

Login to your Member Portal and click the “Remove” button for each member you’d like to cancel.

If I cancel, can I get a refund on my membership?

No. Refunds will not be provided for dues paid under any circumstances, including failure to schedule and maintain appointments.

How much do I pay to sign up for my club membership?

You’ll pay only the Lifetime Activation fee to join. This fee includes your first month’s membership dues.

Can I prepay my membership fees?

Memberships are currently month-to-month only.

What information is required for me to sign up for my club membership?

An email address for receipts, credit or debit card, full name, address, phone and date of birth.

Dr. Ellen Saslaw

Dr. Ellen Saslaw is delighted to be part of the Riverglen Dental family and be welcomed by such amazing staff and patients. Dr. Ellen will be facilitating Dr. Hays transition to his well-deserved retirement. ‍ Dr. Ellen lives in Worthington and loves to be able to provide care to her home community. She grew up here in Worthington and attended the Ohio State University for both her undergraduate degree in Spanish and for Dental School. Dr. Hays was one of her instructors! After graduation from the OSU College of Dentistry in 2010, she has been working in private practice and loves treating patients of all ages. Dr. Ellen also performs Clear Aligner therapy, Botox, cosmetic fillers, and much more. She is excited to bring these services to Riverglen. When away from the office she enjoys spending her time with her husband and two daughters, working out, hiking, reading and listening to podcasts. ‍ We are eager for you to meet Dr. Ellen and she is looking forward to getting to know all of our wonderful patients that make Riverglen so special.

Dr. John Folk

Dr. Folk is a graduate of Miami University and The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. He received his D.D.S. in 1986. After graduation, Dr. Folk also taught at The OSU College of Dentistry, in addition to starting his practice at Riverglen. Dr. Folk has since devoted full-time to general dentistry in Worthington and has been at Riverglen Dental Group for 30 years. He enjoys providing dental care for patients from toddlers to seniors.
Dr. Folk and his wife Cathy reside in Powell and have been active in the community, from youth sports and charities, and neighborhood organizations. They have three adult children, Gretchen, John, and Sarah, a son-in-law, and two grandsons. Dr. and Mrs. Folk enjoy music and outdoor sports and activities.

She has over 10 years of experience and an encyclopedic depth of knowledge on the topic of dental care, cats and Waterpiks! Her goals are to continue living her passions including traveling to the best beaches on earth, health, fitness and Handles Icecream. We're lucky to have such an amazing person at VS.
